Bingsu at a wedding hasn't hit the mainstream yet, but we're all for it. The bar comes with a descriptive menu and photo display for each flavor: a small but thoughtful touch for guests unfamiliar with bingsu that removes any awkwardness at the station. For budgeting, they recommend ordering for about 75% of your guest count when bingsu is one of several dessert options. Do note that no private tastings are available, so you're selecting flavors without sampling first. They're based in Chino Hills and serve Southern California, with a $1/mile fee kicking in past a 15-mile radius, so couples in LA or Orange County will be in the sweet spot.
